Edward Frank
Ed is General Partner of the IDT Venture Services Division. Previously as Director of Business Development at IDT Venture Capital he launched the company's presence in the media industry and created business opportunities with several of the world's largest media companies in Europe. With more than 15 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing and software industry management concentrating on marketing and implementation, Ed has managed large scale projects in a variety of industries that were implemented in the US and Europe. Ed also founded Acorn Products, a manufacturer of consumer healthcare products whose products were sold in over 30 countries. Ed holds an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Engineering from Columbia University. |
Ahuvah Berger
Ahuvah Berger has been with IDT since 2004. She started working for IDT Global in Israel as a research analyst for the business development group. Currently she is the business analyst for IDT Ventures in Israel. Previously Ahuvah worked for University Sports Publications in New York selling advertisements for multiple college sports publications. She worked as an analyst for Hawkes Peers, Inc, an upper level management recruiting firm that specializes in Fortune 500 companies. Ahuvah went to Northeastern University in Boston majoring in American Sign Language Interpreting. |

Tom Krausz
Tom has over 30 years of experience in the corporate environment. He was a member of the senior management team of IMI Systems, a leading computer consulting firm. Tom was the Vice President of the Administration and Legal Departments and oversaw the growth of the company from 10 consultants housed in New York to over 3000 software consultants worldwide. In his role as VP, Administration, he was also responsible for the growth and management of the Human Resources and Information Technology Departments. After Olsten Services acquired IMI Systems, Tom was given the additional responsibility as a member of the 3-person acquisition team and also had the responsibility for integrating the firms into IMI.
Prior to IMI he managed various projects at Delta Resources, and was involved in the creation of the first computerized production of telephone directories. He began his career at RCA Computer Systems Division as a marketing support analyst. He holds a BEE from Pratt Institute and an MEE from The City University of New York. |
Nathan Baruch
Nathan has joined IDT Ventures in January 2006. Previously as CEO of numerous start-up companies he was in charge of company’s growth from its “seed” stage to break even and profitable stage. He was the founder and owner of Natbar, an Israeli privately owned Business Development Company granting an array of services including business development and fund raising. Prior to that he was a co-founder and CEO of an International Trade Company representing various Israeli companies worldwide generating new accounts for manufacturers of consumer goods in the US and Europe. Prior to that he was a co-founder and SVP of Marketing of a joint subsidiary of Tadiran, Israel’s largest electronics company and Perceptronics-USA, a California based company. Prior to that he served 15 years in the Israeli Defense Forces (Lt. Colonel) leading a multidiscipline team of R&D for the Armored Corp. He possesses more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and management of companies of diverse disciplines. Nathan holds a MA in Industrial Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, Israel and a PhD in Business Administration from Washington University. |
Adam Farber
Adam Farber specializes in increasing deal flow and forming strategic contacts and relationships. He graduated from Boston University in 2001 with a degree in Music Theory & History. Soon thereafter, he went to work for a small music agency in New York, specializing in booking tours and recordings for a number of preeminent jazz musicians. He then went to work for a real estate sales & development firm in Manhattan, specializing in uptown residential realty. |
Dov Katz
Dov has more than ten years experience as a financial advisor. He has diverse qualifications ranging from traditional banking to portfolio and asset management.
Dov’s responsibilities included managing individual and business investment accounts. Before joining IDT Ventures in 2006, Dov worked for the Bank of Montreal, Bank Leumi USA and he was a private portfolio manager.
Dov holds a bachelors in Finance from Bar Ilan University and Touro College. He is a licensed general securities representative and a registered State investment advisor. |
